Latorre 60 is much more than a project: it is an auteur narrative that celebrates the essence and evolution of the brand.
Through an original short film — written and directed with an intimate perspective by Frigobar Production — a visual story comes to life, capable of moving and inspiring.
Completing this narrative is an extraordinary photographic project by Brazilian photographer Lorena Dini, who, with her sensitivity, captures the most authentic soul of Latorre.
It all began in a small workshop in the heart of Locorotondo in 1965, where every
garment took shape amid the quiet snip of scissors and the steady rhythm of a
needle. Michele hand-stitched each piece with the patience and certainty of someone
who knows that true beauty cannot be rushed. Over the years, that humble atelier
became renowned for masterful bespoke men’s tailoring, earning the loyalty of
discerning clients who recognised its uncompromising quality—where
every stitch was a promise of excellence.
This is the story of a vision. A passion that became our very identity.
Guided by creative brilliance and unwavering
determination, Michele bestowed upon his four children
not just the art of tailoring, but the dream and
courage to transform that small workshop into an
internationally recognised name.
As we grew, we carried our origins with us: the small
room with the well-worn sewing machine, candlelit
evenings perfecting lapels before important
deliveries, nervous excitement during first business
trips, and the early boutiques that recognised our
potential before others did.
Now, three generations later, we approach each creation with the same enthusiasm and dedication, anchored by the values that define us: Quality. Responsibility. Service.
Every suit we craft tells a story—it is a chap ter in our ongoing story, stitched with devotion and precision.
Beyond the numbers and beyond the growth, what truly fills us with pride is staying
true to what brought us to life: passion, family, and the be auty of handmade
craftsmanship.
A visual and sonic journey: the docufilm “LATORRE60” celebrates sixty years of true passion.
